The U.S. Soccer Federation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that exists in service to soccer. Advancement is the philanthropic engine of U.S. Soccer, working to drive support to our mission and programs. We connect generous donors and organizations to high-impact initiatives that work to ignite a national passion for soccer and to grow the game in all forms and at all levels. We believe soccer is more than a sport — it is a force for good.
Philanthropy has been central to U.S. Soccer’s progress for years, but its importance will only grow as we enter this next chapter of American soccer. The support of our donors has enabled us to invest in youth development, coaching education, referee training, disability soccer, community programs, and more. Today, supporters from across the country are helping us make unprecedented investments in our 27 national teams, in the Arthur M. Blank U.S. Soccer National Training Programs, and in new programs to increase access to and participation in soccer nationwide. Together with our donors, we’re working to ensure the future success of soccer in America for generations to come.
Donors support U.S. Soccer in many ways — by making unrestricted gifts, joining giving societies, providing grants, investing in early-stage initiatives, or by becoming Circle Insiders. In all these ways, philanthropy provides individuals and foundations the rare chance to make a profound and lasting impact on the world’s favorite game — an opportunity unlike any other around the globe.
