We know there is bold, innovative, high-quality work happening across the country to make soccer more inclusive and a force for good. That work requires investment to make it happen, and support to scale up those solutions that have been proven at a local level.
Critical financial support from U.S. Soccer, available to member organizations and their partners, to help them make the game more accessible and inclusive, to grow the number of referees and invest in mentorship and development, and to support safe places to play.
Support for strengthen soccer organizations who are dedicated to expanding access to soccer, with a focus on Spanish-speaking communities. In total, 20 communities are benefitting from the program, including 8 of the 11 Host Cities for the FIFA Mem’s World Cup.
Delivery of the first FIFA Arenas on U.S soil. These have been built in Birmingham, AL, in partnership with Chris Richards, current MNT player and Birmingham Legion, and in Oakland, CA, in partnership with Oakland Unified School District and Oakland Genesis.
