CHICAGO (Aug. 10, 2015) – U.S. Soccer has announced two more matches for the U.S. Women’s National Team on its Victory Tour with the 2015 Women’s World Cup champions facing Brazil in Seattle and Orlando in October. 

The games are the fifth and sixth to be announced as part of the 10-match tour to celebrate the USA’s world title this summer in Canada. The remaining four match dates, venues and opponents will be announced once confirmed. 

The U.S. will take on Brazil at CenturyLink Field in Seattle on Wednesday, October 21 (7 p.m. PT on ESPN2 and WatchESPN), before hopping across the country for the second leg on Sunday, Oct. 25, at the Orlando Citrus Bowl in central Florida (2:30 p.m. ET on FOX Sports 1). 

Tickets go on sale to the public for the game in Seattle on Friday, Aug. 14, at 10 a.m. PT and for the match in Orlando on Friday, Aug. 21, at 10 a.m. ET through ussoccer.com and by phone at 1-800-745-3000. The U.S. Women’s National Team Victory Tour begins on Aug. 16 against Costa Rica at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh (1:30 p.m. ET on Fox Sports 1). More than 40,000 tickets have been sold for that match [TICKETS]. The USA will then play Costa Rica at Finley Stadium in Chattanooga, Tennessee, on Aug. 19 (6:30 p.m. ET on ESPN2 and WatchESPN). That match is sold out with 20,000 fans expected to attend. 

The USA will also face Women’s World Cup quarterfinalist Australia on Thursday, Sept. 17 at Ford Field in Detroit (7 p.m. ET on FOX Sports 1) followed by a match on Sunday, Sept. 20 at historic Legion Field in Birmingham, Alabama (2 p.m. CT on ESPN2 and WatchESPN). More than 20,000 tickets have been sold for each of the matches so far.

• The U.S. Women have not played in Seattle since two Women’s World Cup Qualifying matches in 2002 that were played at SAFECO Field, home of the Seattle Mariners.
• The Seattle Reign of the NWSL features two stars of the U.S. team, Washington native and Women’s World Cup Golden Glove winner Hope Solo, and midfielder Megan Rapinoe.
• The U.S. team has a long history in Orlando, which was the training base for the U.S. team for the 1995 and 1999 Women’s World Cups and the 1996 Olympics. The USA played two matches at the Citrus Bowl during the 1996 Olympics and most recently played there against Brazil in November 2013, a 4-1 victory in front of more than 20,000 fans.
• At the Women’s World Cup in Canada, Brazil won Group E over Korea Republic, Costa Rica and Spain, but fell to Australia 1-0 in the Round of 16. Brazil is currently ranked sixth in the world.
