Orlando City, of Major League Soccer, are the reigning Open Cup champions. They beat Sacramento Republic 3-0 at home in front of a capacity crowd last September to lift the trophy a the first time – and become only the second winner from the state of Florida (after amateurs St Petersburg Kickers in 1989).
