CHICAGO (March 17, 2023) – The U.S. Under-19 Men’s Youth National Team will head to Buenos Aires to face Argentina and Racing Club de Avellaneda during the March international window. Head coach Marko Mitrović has called up 20 players for the training camp, set for March 18-28.
Players born on or after Jan. 1, 2004 are age-eligible for this U-19 MYNT cycle and the roster features five players born in 2004, 14 born in 2005 and one born in 2006. All 20 players are age-eligible for this summer’s 2023 FIFA Under-20 World Cup in Indonesia.

Twelve players return from the U-19s’ January training camp in Coral Gables, Fla. Four players have been a part of all six U-19 MYNT camps so far this cycle: defenders Reed Baker-Whiting and Nolan Norris plus midfielders Favian Loyola and Bryan Moyado.
Two players have earned their first U-19 call-up: midfielder Miguel Perez, who’s played in all three of St Louis CITY SC’s matches so far this Major League Soccer season, and midfielder Paulo Rudisill, who helped the U.S. U-17 MYNT qualify for the FIFA U-17 World Cup last month at the Concacaf U-17 Championship.
Seventeen different clubs are represented on the roster, including nine from MLS and two from the USL Championship. Two players each come from LAFC, Orlando City SC and St. Louis CITY SC. Additionally, five players are based abroad in England, Italy, Mexico, Portugal and Spain. The roster hails from 11 states, led by five players from California.
