The U.S. Olympic Women’s Soccer Team continues its preparations for Paris 2024 with a pair of friendlies against Mexico and Costa Rica. First up, the USA will face Mexico in the Impact 99 Legacy Match, presented by New York Life, kicking off at 3:30 p.m. ET from Red Bull Arena in Harrison, N.J., on Saturday, July 13. This match will feature a U.S. Soccer-organized reunion of the 1999 FIFA Women’s World Cup Team, which will come together to celebrate the 25th anniversary of its historic run to the championship.
“We have a nice build playing Mexico and Costa Rica coming up,” said USWNT Head Coach Emma Hayes during a pre-Olympic press conference in New York City. “We’re all very excited to head to France.”
Following the match against Mexico, the USWNT will head to the nation’s capital to face Costa Rica in the 2024 Send-Off Match presented by Coca-Cola.
