The U.S. Men’s National Team’s match in the first leg of the Quarterfinals of 2026-27 Concacaf Nations League against Haiti will now be played at Nu Stadium in Miami, Fla. on Saturday, Nov. 14.
Due to the ongoing security situation in Haiti, the Haitian Football Federation (FHF) submitted a request to Concacaf to allow for its hosted matches to be played in the country of their opponent. This applies to both national team and club competitions.
The match was originally scheduled to take place at Sabina Park in Kingston, Jamaica.
The move comes after Concacaf announced its Council approved an exceptional hosting arrangement for the Haitian Football Federation (FHF).
The date and kickoff time for USMNT-Haiti in the second leg at TQL Stadium in Cincinnati, Ohio on Nov. 17 remain unchanged.
Here is the full release from Concacaf:
Miami, FL (Thursday, October 22, 2026) – Concacaf announced that its Council has approved an exceptional hosting arrangement for the Haitian Football Federation (FHF) due to the ongoing security situation in Haiti.
The decision follows a formal request submitted by the FHF to the Concacaf Administration, which was subsequently referred to the Concacaf Council for consideration.
Under this exceptional arrangement, the FHF may be permitted to play its designated home matches in Concacaf-sanctioned competitions in the territory of its opponents, rather than being limited to the Caribbean region as required under the current regulations.
This flexibility will remain in place for as long as the security situation in Haiti persists. However, each match will require separate approval from the Concacaf Administration, agreement of the respective opposing Member Association, and confirmation that the selected host stadium fully complies with Concacaf's stadium guidelines.
This Haiti-specific measure, which will also be extended to Haitian clubs, will remain subject to ongoing review and may be amended or withdrawn by the Concacaf Council at any time.
The application of this exceptional arrangement has been approved for Haiti's home-designated match against the United States in the Quarterfinals of the 2026/27 Concacaf Nations League. The match, originally scheduled to take place at Sabina Park in Kingston, Jamaica, on Saturday, November 14, will now be played at Nu Stadium in Miami, Florida, in the territory of the opposing Member Association. The match will kick off at 4:30 pm ET (local time).
The date and kickoff time for the second leg at TQL Stadium in Cincinnati, Ohio, remain unchanged.
