ATLANTA - U.S. Soccer today announced the full speaker lineup for the eighth edition of the SheBelieves Summit, presented by Deloitte, headlined by two-time Olympic gold medalist and USA Hockey star Hilary Knight. The Summit will take place April 14-15 in Seattle, Washington, alongside the U.S. Women’s National Team match vs. Japan at Lumen Field, presented by Allstate.
Bringing together influential voices across sports, business, media and culture, the SheBelieves Summit is U.S. Soccer’s premier leadership platform designed to connect and inspire the next generation of women leaders.
“The message behind the SheBelieves Summit is something I’ve carried with me throughout my career,” Knight said. “I’ve always wanted my impact to go beyond what I’ve done on the ice, and I’m proud to be part of something that inspires the next generation of women to push even further.”
A 10-time world champion, Knight embodies the Summit’s mission through her sustained excellence on the ice and her advocacy for advancing women’s sports globally. She will be joined by USWNT legend Julie Foudy, a trailblazer whose impact continues to shape the current generation of players.
The SheBelieves Summit will feature pioneers across philanthropy, sports, media and business, including leaders who have helped shape Seattle into one of the most influential sports markets in the country. Additional speakers include:
- Melinda French Gates, philanthropist and founder of Pivotal, will join U.S. Women’s National Team Head Coach Emma Hayes in a featured fireside chat focused on accelerating progress for women and girls. Drawing from their respective work in leadership and philanthropy, the conversation will explore how systems change and a high-performance environment can unlock opportunities at scale, both on and off the field.
- U.S. Women’s National Team forward AllySentnor will become the first active women’s player to speak at a SheBelieves Summit. Joined by Sarah Gregorius, Vice President of Sporting with the NWSL, and Rosie White, Education and Engagement Lead of the Kang Women’s Institute, the group will discuss how research, investment and innovation are advancing performance and opportunity for women and girls in sport.
- Two-time Olympic medalist Brittany Bowe will share her journey from central Florida to the Winter Olympic podium, offering perspective on resilience, instinct and performing under pressure as a six-time world champion speed skater. In a conversation about using gut intuition to push toward success and courage in the face of doubt, Bowe brings the perspective of six speed skating world championships to her first Summit.

The two-day event will take place at Victory Hall at the Boxyard, located less than two miles from Lumen Field where the USWNT will face Japan, presented by Allstate, on April 14 at 7 p.m. PT.
Attendees will have access to curated networking opportunities throughout the Summit, including a pre-match speed networking event on April 14 facilitated by VOICEINSPORT. Participants will connect withmentors across industries in structured, small group sessions designed to build meaningful relationships and expand professional networks.
Leaders including U.S. Soccer President Cindy Parlow Cone, Chief Marketing Officer Catherine Newman, and other industry executives will participate, offering insight and guidance to the next generation of leaders.
