U.S. SOCCER TALENT IDENTIFICATION

To expand and enhance the player pool for the Youth National Teams, U.S. Soccer introduced the Under-14 Program in 2019. The program is aimed at discovering and integrating a broader range of top talents at the Under-14 age group into the scouting pipeline for older YNTs.

Regional Mini Camps use a four-day mini-camp format to evaluate and inspire high-potential players, fostering their development in an engaging and challenging environment. Under-14 sub-regional competition format, building the foundation for YNT player pool.
